ELECTROPLATING  Lebanon Finished Products, Inc. offers electroplated zinc in clear, yellow and black chromate conversion coatings for barrel and rack plating applications. Zinc coatings can be applied to meet ASTM and Military specifications. We also offer hydrogen embrittlement baking for heat-treated parts. PASSIVATION & PICKLING Lebanon Finished Products can passivate stainless steel parts and castings to meet ASTM, Military and Nuclear specifications. Parts can be processed in either our basket or rack lines. STAINLESS STEEL ELECTROPOLISH Stainless steel products can be given a near mirror finish in our e-polish line. We can process stampings, wire forms, investment castings, machined and screw machine parts in this line. All grades of stainless steel can be polished as well as 6000 and 7000 series aluminum. POWDER AND ABRASIVE FINISHES Lebanon Finished Products can powder coat parts 4 ft. 6 inch cube in our truck oven powder coating system. We can also blast parts to customers request in sand, steel shot, stainless steel shot or glass beads. ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING Lebanon Finished Products, Inc. also does electroless nickel plating. EVL and ROHS compliant. ALUMINUM IRRIDITE Lebanon Finished Products is dedicated to quality, service and on time delivery of our customer's products. Our own truck picks up and delivers in our local service area. |
